Requirements: 

  • Complete & Sign Subhaul agreement 

  • Certificate of Insurance w/ minimum $1,000,000 coverage 

  • Motor Carrier Permit (CA)

  • California Driver License – Class A

  • Vehicle Registration 

  • ARB Certificate

  • Drug Certificate 

  • Medical Card
